Tim Mattes is Donald E. Bently Professor in Engineering and professor of civil and environmental engineering. He directs the Mattes Research Group, is an executive committee member and researcher for the Center for Biocatlysis and Bioprocessing, and is a researcher at the Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Institute, the Center for Global and Regional Environmental Research, and IIHR--Hydroscience & Engineering.
